Heather F. wrote: I booked POV for a one time clean as I was having company on the weekend and no time to clean myself. My appointment was from 12pm to 2:50pm. Two cleaners showed up at 10am. My sons were still home and were not expecting them at that time. I had asked for the 3 bathrooms with baseboards, both sets of stairs and the main level floors excluding the office to be cleaned. I also mentioned that if time was running out that the ensuite was last to be done. The laundry room floor was only partially cleaned: there was still a lot of dirt that extended way out from all corners. Just one set of stairs was done; the basement stairs untouched. The kitchen floor was swept but not washed. The living room was partially swept. No furniture was moved: there was dog hair left behind couches and in corners where end tables are. The dining room floor wasn't touched. The main bathroom wasn't touched at all ; this was very important as I had company that came that day. The ensuite bathroom was not touched; I did say this was last thing to do depending on time. The paper left behind by the cleaners had everything marked off as being done. I was charged $180 plus HST and feel totally ripped off. Needless to say, I was really embarrassed when my company showed up and had a dirty bathroom for the weekend. This is the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere.
