  1 cup am and pm. As others have said there are still many other factors you should consider, and have your horse evaluated by your vet. Could be ulcers but could also be some other type of pain manifesting in weird ways. The aloe can't hurt to try though. It coats the lining of their stomach to reduce the pain created by the acid. Keeping hay in front of him at all times is also very important.
