  Anybody know of a plumber that does side jobs,that is real reasonable,i know they usually charge $100 or more just to knock on your door.i need find out why my pipe going to my toilet keeps freezing.ive got Pex pipe running to my bathroom.which is a new adition,about a year old.i bought pipe insulation,i just cant fit through the opening in my foundation where the new addition is to insulate the pipes and look for the reason the pipe keeps freezing.i just cant afford hundreds of dollars to remedy it.looking for a estimate!
