  Hi Bali Expats hope you're all well tonight. I know the massageg question gets asked just about weekly but I'm in a bit of strife. In 2008 I injured my spine. The c4/5 and c5/6 discs have permanent bulges. The warm weather in Bali helps me so much but for the past ten days I have had severe pain and nerve root compression. Have the pins and needles sensation in my fingers. Shoulders locked etc. My question is does anybody know a good osteo in Bali. I cannot go to chiropractor ' s as manipulation is dangerous for me only traction. If no good recommendations what about a massage therapist who had studied. I don't want a good masseuse I want somebody who I can explain my injury to and who will understand and be able to help. I can travel seminyak to nusa dua. Cheers Glen
