  i officially hate Top Producer! had a programmer lined up who was going to auto populate my leads directly to TP but because of his schedule he could only do it last week. my assistant called to get clarification on this auto populating issue. TP support told her that we don't need the programmer as they now have a lead aggregation service that will auto populate leads directly to TP. I sent three sample emails to TP as directed and got an auto reply that they would be in touch. 6 days go by, no response. i follow up and am told that the policy has changed and now they need at least 10 requests coming from the same lead gen service to implement and it will take them 3 business days to even check. really? had i not called to follow up TP would have never even bothered to get back to me. this happens every time! so now i need a reference AGAIN to someone that's very familiar with TP that can set this up for me. if you've worked with someone who's professional, reliable and keeps commitments please send their name over. i have truly hired every flake in this business this year. i just can't work with one more!
