Can someone recommend a good inexpensive pest control...Thank you

Just make sure they're licensed. Without a license there is no State required insurance. Check complaint history and license status at http://opm.azda.gov
Hi everyone, can you please recommend a good exterminating service? I have a crazy amount of pigeons living on my roof. Thanks!

Do not hire ANY pest control company until you ascertain whether they are licensed. It is illegal to do work in Arizona (applying pesticides, even over the counter products) without holding a license with the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Office of Pest Management. Without a license, there will be no insurance. Without insurance if someone gets sick or if damage occurs to your property, the company will not have coverage for medical bills or personal property. Additionally, without a license, they may not really know HOW to control the problem, as Arizona administers an exam for all licenses that tests folks on pesticide, pests, the evironment, equipment and laws. Quite a few folks on Craigslist lie and will give you someone else's license #. Just call the main company and ensure they're employed with the company. Additionally, the vehicle and all paperwork should reflect that company name and license number. Here's the website to ensure a company is licensed: http://opm.azda.gov/ then click on License Search for companies and License Pest Professionals to ensure the person at your door WORKS for that company and is certified.
