We've had repeated issues with quality and reliability with our company that we haven't been able to resolve in talking to them, but trouble finding anyone else with space in their schedule to take us on this spring. Yesterday was the final straw. They only mowed about a third of our backyard and took off with no communication. Left the gate standing open and one of our dogs got out and nearly was hit by a car.
