  Recommendations for photography classes? I'm a photographer looking to improve my skills. I shot for several of the local newspapers in college but that's been a couple years now so I'd like to do a quick refresher course and then build my skills from there. Has anybody taken some intermediate photography courses around the Eastside that they'd recommend? Google tells me there's several around but I'm looking to see if anybody has personal experience with them.

  If you're willing to make the trek to Seattle, I would recommend the Photographic Center Northwest www.pcnw.org for good basics and fine art photography, and the Commercial Photography program at Seattle Central Community College for a studio focus.

  Locally, there's pcnw.org from which I've taken some classes. Money very well spent, IMHO.
