  I recently hired a bouncy castle from KOOL BOUNCER which arrived filthy dirty, the driver noted this but failed to offer any other solution so we had to spend an hour cleaning the thing just to get it clean enough for the children's party. I complained to the company after the weekend and after investigating they agreed that they had failed to meet their normal level of service and a error cause the castle not to be cleaned in between hires. The only gesture of goodwill they were willing to offer was a credit against future hire, clearly as the company has failed me in the past I would never trust them with a party again, but they were not prepared to offer a small financial refund for the situation which I find unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this company as they failed to deliver the service they promise and when this occurred wanted me to only receive recompense if I future invested money in there business....Be Warned...
