  Does anyone know if there is a way to report this situation- My neighbor's house has insane icicles hanging over our driveway & backyard. A few years ago they got so bad that they ripped the gutter off and it crashed onto our truck doing serious damage. The truck was old so we didn't make a fuss but we have since replaced the truck and so not want icicles to crash into or current cars. These are the same neighbors who's roofers wrecked our landscaping when they removed the old roof. The neighbor tenants themselves are great, the owner is absente. Any advice would be appreciated.
