Tasks include bathrooms (3), 4 offices and hallway, employee lounge with kitchenette, and exterior windows. Office is located 3 miles west of Arnegard, right off of 85.   License is not required in North Dakota like some states. They only offer a general contractor license (we have one). What's more important is liability insurance, NDWSI, and bonding if you are wanting to protect yourself or your business.
