  Yes Stephanne, he is independant. He is a great plumber, a long time family friend, and very honest. He is the only person we use on all of our plumbing needs. 407-314-2447. He is actually coming by my house tomorrow at 0900. I can ask him if he can swing by to take a look while he's up here if you'd like.
