Hi fellow bridge runners :-) I'm wondering if any of you can help...I'm chuffed to bits to have carried on running after this event but seem to have now picked up an injury-groin strain :-( it doesn't really hurt/interfere when running but is sore after and during normal activity. I have read up and know I need to rest but everything advises I need physio. I simply cant afford to see a physio so can anyone recommend a decent website for treatment/stretches or any other tips to help me heal and get back into my trainers asap? Many thanks.
