  Is there a website that you can look up Ohio General Contractor licenses? I can't seem to find it. I'm not looking for a specific license (like Electrical, HVAC, etc...), but just someone who has been licensed as a GC, or is that required in Ohio? Thank you.

  You can look on Shakeronline.com to see if they have registered with the City of Shaker Heights. I don't know if the City vets them at all, but it is worth checking.
