My family are a year and half into RV camping. We have been traveling to southern Indiana state parks. I would like to camp this season in KY but am unsure of the lake camping parks that a 31ft rv would fit in without getting stuck or extremely not leveled. Any suggestions?

Go to ky parks.gov, it will give you a list of parks ,you can then look at the maps to see which parks have camping where you can see the water, better make reservations now as they fill up way in advance! Some parks have pictures of the park. We have stayed at a lot of them,at taylorsville there are no lake views.but beautiful lots if you get at the very front of the park you can see a lot of deer that comes out in the park. Nolan lake, and rough river has water front lots, but not much around them to do! Good luck post and enjoy your stay in our beautiful state, give us a holler if we can help you in any way.happy camping!
Hi there. I was wondering if people had some suggestions on places to go east of Sacramento. I am a beginner, and the two others i'm going with are much more experienced. So we're looking for...
Calaveras Big Trees SP might be nice ... I was gonna look at the CA Parks web site and check, but the site was unavailable. Try www.parks.ca.gov later and check it out. I've never been there in the winter, but the park is open year- round. Lots of great trails. Have fun, whatever you do!!! -T
