  also, for help with homework, you can contact Rose Hulman. www.askrose.org or 1-888-ask-rose. Math students manning the phones. Give them the grade level, book and page number, and they will walk you through the problems- without giving the answer!

Not sure how that works to tutor math over the phone but it might be worth a try if you can't find anything else.
