  A little over 2 years ago we bought a sofa from La-Z-Boy and have had nothing but problems with the buttons popping off the cushions from the start. They are now refusing to address the problem unless we pay for the service because we are out of warranty even though the problem has occurred since purchasing. I need a really good upholsterer to come out to our house and fix this for good. Any recommendations? P.S. Don't shop La-Z-Boy! Very disappointing for the price we paid.

  You should file a consumer complaint against LA-Z-BOY also. You can file the complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs in Newark. Their webpage is http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov and you can get a complaint form there.
