  Hey Kauai vegans. I am in kauai right now - really struggling to find vegan friendly places to eat here. I am a healthy vegan chef so doing all my own food so far, although I wouldn't mind eating out too. Can anyone make any recommendations of places to eat out? The vegan scene feels really small here these days... if there is anything going on, I'd love to hear about. I did post here before so I am not altogether sure if anyone will see this post either. It feels so wearing when the only people I know here (apart from my mom) are big meat eaters. I am here from England. My mom lives in Kapaa.

  My restaurant , caffe coco,is in Wailua and everything has a vegan base so it can all be vegan- but we do offer fish, chicken and shrimp - so good place for u and ur mom. I am vegan and eat at the following places. Gopal creperie Tiki tacos Papayas food bar (health food store) Healthy hut food bar Rainbow living foods (raw vegan) I get my juices from Kauai juice co and my fave acai bowl is the King Kong at kalalea juice hale in Anahola.
