  Ask for suggestion: i am wanting to put my seward park house on the market in the next month or two. I am looking for recommendations on a fabulous realtor that can be patient with my crazy hours of work and that can come take a look and tell me what i need to do to get ready and guide me through nicely around selling and the steps i need to take to get ready to buy in another area of Washington.
