  Chef Meir Adoni (Catit, Mizlala) opened his first kosher restaurant on the 15 th floor rooftop of the Carlton Hotel, mainly fish menu. I've never eaten there but had a look and it's a classy room with stunning views.http://blueskybyma.co.il/eng/

  Personally I was a bit disappointed with Ha'Goshen, food was not impressive and lousy service but they could have had a bad night. If you wanna go all the way out, go to Blue Sky by Meir Adoni on the roof of the Carlton hotel. It's amazing! http://blueskybyma.co.il/eng/. Meatos is also quite good.
