After we put 40 pound bags to not let it dig as a temporary solution she still got out. 5 family members helped search for her and after 2 hours we found her. The duck team 6 lady came and helped us but then snatched her up and didn’t even let my daughter say by. The contract did not say this would happen and it actually said if there were issues they would send help. They did the exact opposite and broke my daughters heart. After they used us to help find her. We were open and humble and they did us wrong.
