  We've lived in Karns for the past 2 1/2 years so we still feel kind of new to the area. We had some damage to our home from the recent ice storm and are in need of some recommendations for licensed contractors in the area to do the repairs. Because it was an ice dam that caused a water leak, we're looking at needing to replace drywall and insulation, carpeting and replacing, retexturing ceiling and repainting, etc. Any recommendations are appreciated, as we really aren't familiar with some of the companies in the area. I'm not sure how long it will take to get someone out to give us an estimate since I'm betting we're one of many who had to file insurance claims in the past week or so due to this "wonderful" winter weather. ;-)
