  Who knows of an Electrician in the Central NJ area who is not a rip off and can take a look at EVERYTHING coming into my Mothers house which is almost 70 years old (so is all the wiring). This month's electric bill was $750. That's with paying a lower rate with a different utility provider. Her sister has been living with her and had a portable electric heater on all the time, and we have to keep putting water into the pool (liner being replaced in a month or so) but those things can't be hiking it up $400 more than usual???
