My ivy has become so overgrown and has rats living in it. It covers my rockery and fence...two questions: can ivy be removed if it's so intertwined in the rocks and fence? I feel like it's now holding up the rockery.
Also, any one know of a reasonably priced landscaper that can remove the ivy and any blackberries growing in it and cut some hedges way down, and weed and such to get my yard in a manageable state?
Thanks.

I am looking to get involved with some non-profits in the area. I am familiar with Bike Works, the food bank, Rainier Valley Cultural Center, etc. Are there other non-profits or organizations in Columbia City?
