Choosing an inspector for an industrial property Hey guys - This is my first time looking into an industrial warehouse. I am not sure how to go about looking for a good inspector to do the job. This area was hit pretty badly by a tornado last year and the warehouse was recently repaired. I want find a good inspector to do the job. How would you guys recommend me in doing so? Thank you.

Here are two resources. ASHI's website is easy to use and filter inspectors for commercial properties. http://www.ashi.org/ http://www.nahi.org/
Hey guys I am a State Certified Residential appraiser & I am thinking of getting my inspector license. Any recommendations for which school I should take the classes with?

The new NAHI school in Columbus Ohio. www.nahi.org
Hello everyone
We are in the process of closing on our unit and was curious if anybody could make a good recommendation for a reputable home inspection service or Home inspection provider?
John M. replied:
There are plenty out there. You can check for industry certification at ashi.org and nahi.org. My clients have used Donofrio Inspections in the past and been happy with them. If you are working with an agent, they should be able to offer you some options as well. Good luck!
Does anyone in Rockford area know of a home inspector who uses an inferred gun?
Frank W. replied:
My Inspector does not have a Rockford referral. He said you can go to www.nahi.org - plug in a zip code, and it'll give you licensed inspectors in the area.
