  Anyone know of any vets that could possibly help me out right now? She went outside and when we came out to get her her eye was looking like this. Now I do know that she has either scratched the cornea of her eye or something is in it. She's not acting different or trying to scratch at it but I just need to know what can I do to make sure she will be okay.

  I just called my vet to see who they refer after hours emergency patients too. It would be the Polk County emergency vet. 3609 US Highway 98 S. Lakeland 863-665-3199 They are open 5 PM till 9 AM. Hope this helps.

  I need a recommendation for a good emergency vet. My dog is in pain this morning, arching his back and having difficulty with his back legs. His vet can't see him until tomorrow morning. I think he needs seen right away. He is 14 years old so they told me not to give him any of our medication for pain. I don't want him suffering and want him to have the best care. Thanks.
