When I contacted them and explained that this is not what I ordered they claimed it's my fault and offered 20% discount when i place my order again! That's me done as their customer. Shame, as I'm going to need many prints in 2015 with my new product offer. It really wasn't worth it, I always had them in very high regard and recommended on every occasion. #meh

  No probs the only other one I would personally recommend is white wall but not the cheapest however the do behind acrylic prints and alloy printing etc so if the customer is happy to pay then are too class at what they do. https://uk.whitewall.com/

  I haven't gotten prints that size in Edinburgh, but the university does have a printing service. If you want a service in the uk in general, a company called whitewall https://uk.whitewall.com/ is supposed to be good, but I've never used them myself, so I can't say.
