  Hi Gemma. I've had the "f28" code last year. It turned out to be a rubber hose that had split causing the low pressure and spilling water eveywer behind the mother board inside the boiler itself. HODGES plumbers of morecambe sorted it for me, and wer very efficient too. Their number is 01524 414465, hope this helps u out.
