I had a lawyer who was suppose to be representing my mom in a lawsuit against the restoration company who restored her home after the fire. The reason for the law suit is they cheated her out of money that they owe her and everything in the house is falling apart. I had to fire the lawyer due to not showing up at hearings. I was referred to another attorney, but apparently he is to busy. I NEED HELP! Anyone know of a lawyer? I need to find someone and get this moving forward ASAP. I'm not sure what this falls under or what type of lawyer I need. Thanks for any help I can get.
