  ISO someone that does residential exterior repair work. Here are my list of needs: - rotten fascia boards replaced. - water damaged front porch ceiling (stucco) need replaced with planktype or possibly beadboard? - gutters cleaned - pressure washing - touchup exterior painting - front oak door restained I have jotted down a list of recommended people from the site.
