  I've never had much room in the back of my house to get out, but I always could in the event of a fire or something. My fence is built directly on my property line. This morning when I went to take out the trash, I noticed the new house next to me built a fence that now blocks me in completely. Are they allowed to do this? Isn't this a fire hazard? Do you have suggestions on who to call or what inspector to call to complain about this? They must have put this up this past week. It's a recent addition.
