My husband and I are moving to Houston in about a month and we've now lost two rental homes in two days for having a rottie. Our other dog is a pit bull mix, but we have here down as a "terrier mix" since that's technically what she is. Apparently no one wants to rent a house to someone with "aggressive" breeds even though both of our dogs are 100% trained and 100% docile. Does anyone know of a good area around Houston that isn't so bad? I thought Texas was an easier place to have pitties and other "aggressive" breeds, but I'm apparently wrong. Any ideas of good neighborhoods that don't discriminate against pets in the Hoston area would be awesome!
