  I've used Dr Robert Mileski for myself and both kids. He is associated with Phoenix Orthopedic Group. Char had to see another Dr in the group who specialized in spines and hips due to sports injuries. I have always had a positive experience and they ar e very good. They get good write ups all the time. He has an office in Scottsdale & their main office is on Highland in Phoenix. There is also a VERY good ortho associated with Phoenix Children's. Hospital. They were ranked Best In the nation for sports medicine with orthopedics 2014/15 Char/Ben has seen them and had surgery with them.
