  This isn't strictly bread, but an acquaintance runs this shop: http://pirozhki.smartomato.ru/ (on FB - https://www.facebook.com/pieordie ) Dasha is awesome and very hands-on, uses a lot of her family's old recipes, and her pirozhki are delicious. (not even advertising, they're just awesome. How can you go wrong with "Pie or Die"?:))) She also makes bread, and does home deliveries of all her baked goods. And (not that this is super important, but it is, a little) is just a super nice person on top of that:))
