I am so so happy when I pick up my pups, she does a wonderful job, my pups are not stressed and are happy to see Erica when I drop them in the morning and come home in cheerful happy moods...none of the moodiness and lethargy I had experienced with 'other' groomers..I will continue to take my pups to Erica only..very very happy pup parent..I should add....I am very particular, very indulgent of my pups and they are somewhat spoiled, NEVER has there been an issue at 1st Step....

Crate training is a wonderful tool and they do over come the barking like crazy.. Also is he neutered that could be a factor as well!! Puppy pads can be a very useful tool!! Please give first step a call tomorrow we open at 8 and close at 5 smile emoticon
