Jarret L. asked:So... Shrewsbury Plumbing (specifically Thomas) came highly recommended to my wife (Michelle Lewis) and I by several members of this group. They came out once, quoted us and returned to do the work a few days later. Additional work needed to be done and an estimate was written up this past Friday. We called to schedule the servicing today and were told to find another plumber because of our payment method (we have a bill manager that pre-prints checks for us PRIOR to work being done). Needless to say we are very disappointed in this ridiculous situation. Obviously Shrewsbury Plumbing doesn't want the job. Now, we're seeking plumbing recommendations again.
