  Hi Carolyn, I like CSA Balloons. CSA Balloons 1-888-950-7878 www.CustomBalloonsUSA.com I work only with Claudio, a sales and design consultant. I love that he takes the time to show me (and my clients) as many color samples/styles as needed (ie: red imprint on white, blue, green whatever the client would like) and he's even snailmailed me balloon color samples when needed. Great Customer service, never a problem with their balloons and I've been using them for the past few years now!
