  Seriously check out Symonds Photography. We have used her for engagement, wedding and for our daughter (newborn, 3 month and 6 month pics so far). We continue to go back! She has an in home studio and she also will travel to local DSM areas/home too. She has some props she uses and she allows you to bring in your own if you have specific things. I talked to her about a package for newborn, 3, 6, 9 months and 1 year pictures and she made an awesome package deal for me that has been very affordable and I pay each time.... no lump sum at the beginning. She offers option of purchasing the CD of the pics to have rhe rights to them. She does not require that you purchase any set amount of prints from her.
