  Greg H. wrote: Due to a leak, I had the gas to a rental unit shut off by Orange and Rockland so the tenant had no hot water or heat. I made an appointment with Bill for the next day Friday at 1:00. I drove 45 minutes to the property. At 1:20 I called and got voicemail but asked if he was coming and asked for an ETA. No return phone call. I called at 2:00 got voicemail and didn't leave a second message. I called on Saturday morning because he had said that might be when he would be able to do it. I got voicemail again so I called from my wife's home office line and he answered. Said "well I told you I only had a small window." as if that excused not calling to say he couldn't keep the appointment. He said he would call later that day after he was able to determine how long his current work would take. He never called. I wouldn't waste your time with him.
