  Looking for ANOTHER RECOMMENDATION/REFERRAL!! We have had three foundation companies come (Profound Foundation, Structured Foundation, and All Pro) come out. One said that we need 19 piers, as the front of our house shows to be “off” and needs stabilizing, and we should consider a water plan for the back of our house where we have some settling. Second company said we don’t have a true foundation problem, and we need a French Drain...for the same area that the first company said we need the watering plan. Third company said we have a draining issue and we can ALSO add 14 piers to the front of the home. According to all, we are off by less than 1/2”... So, I am having a fourth company out tomorrow. I am now looking for a Structural Engineer to come out. I want a complete report that is unbiased... Thank you!!

  Give Crannell, Crannell and Travis engineering@972-691-6605 They are structural engineers that will assess your situation and give you unbiased recommendations because they don’t do the work themselves. They do have foundation repair companies to refer you to, should you need any work.
