  As with any marketing media, billboards can be impactful and effective. And, as with any other marketing media the effectiveness will be determined by headline; message; call to order; location; demographics of traffic and supporting marketing in other media. For example: billboard and mailer with same message will boost performance. The more congruency with your entire marketing campaign, the greater the visibility and delivery of your stated and unstated message.
