  David A. wrote: We entered into a contract with Freddie on Feb. 18th. We paid him $4,000. He was supposed to begin construction the following day and continue on through the weekend. Since that day, he has stopped out once to install two ground pumps to empty out our water table so he could begin digging. Freddie informed us that the pumps would need to run a day or so to prepare the area for digging and that he would be back with the necessary equipment and manpower to begin digging 24 hours later. He simply never returned. The pumps were left running for weeks. They became increasingly loud and angered our neighbors as well as pooling up water into neighboring yards. We have reached out via text and phone calls from multiple phone numbers just trying to get him to come out and finish the job. He has in fact responded to a couple of texts giving random excuses which included the fact that our pool wasn't originally in stock but that he had already gotten us a different one and had it on hand so he would be out soon (this was over a month ago), and also that he started another job when he promised us he would complete ours first and that he was having problems on this "other job". We are now resorting to leaving reviews and contacting our attorney to try to recoup our loss of $4,000. Please don't make the mistake that we did. Pay more money and go with someone who will treat you with the respect of a paying customer and actually do the job.

Freddie took our senior citizen money and never got us our deck. I was able to collect $400 from him after many months of stories, broken promises & excuses. $3175. is still owed to us.
