  Hey there, I live in Illinois and have been sustaining a small farm for 20 years. My husband left us 4 years ago after refinancing the place at a stupid 9.5% in my name, took the money and just left. We are trying desperately to hang on to the place, it was my grandparents. Found out this week that the paperwork fro the bank is part of the robo signing scandal and is bogus, Great right? can fight it, right? Well, now my lawyer, who should have found this, is holding me hostage for more money, yeah like me, a mom of 7 and part time school bus driver has that! I have a business plan, board horses, we are already set up for it. But in order to do it I have to come up with a way to fight the bank in court. Anyone here know of a good pro bono lawyer in lake county Il. area that works this Kind of case? Thanx for reading, Trish

  Several groups with online readings help a person to fight the robo/foreclosure fraud as to whom actually holds the note. Fisrt is Occupy then some groups with the Green Party I'll share a few links.
