Recommendations for therapists to treat kyphosis in Vancouver So I have a front-to-back type of curvature in my spine, basically scoliosis but the other way. I'm looking for your recommendation for Chiropractors, Massage Therapy, Physio etc.. that have helped treated Kyphosis. Has any one had particular success with one type of treatment over others? or have done other things that have helped. Mine is still considered mild but i'd still like to get on it .
Thanks!

Any self-respecting physical therapist can treat a mild kyphosis (we naturally should have a bit of that in the thoracic spine anyway!). What you're looking for is a physio who will provide you with postural reeducation and exercises to support a more ideal posture, not one that's going to put you on different machines or just perform a quick manip. Bcphysio.org and plug in your postal code.
This guy works at EA (as well as other places it seems). I've been to him a few times, He's informative and friendly. http://bcphysio.org/brad-marshall
