  hello guys, can anyone recommend any chiropractors? I seem to have done something to my lower left side of my back. there is a constant dull ache on the top of my left arse cheek lower back area which causes some discomfort. I am not experiencing any shooting pains or pins and needles in my legs. which is a good sign. I just feel like I need to be clicked and rotated back into place. if anyone can help or point me into the right direction I would be more than grateful. thanks guys
