  Janet C. wrote: Arfon was initially extremely helpful when we had a leaking oil tank. He pumped out the oil above the leak in to a spare tank until we decided what to do. When we decided to switch from oil, we offered him the spare oil - over 500l - and he pumped it out. He then failed to collect the tank, now cluttering up our garden and then driveway, and failed to respond to emails, phone calls and text messages asking him to collect it. We ended up having to get rid of it oursleves.
