  PP, ASAP...., I've not been to the dentist for a long time now because I have a phobia, I'm not on a good wage so I can't afford to pay the crazy amounts they ask to remove a tooth, I am in so much pain that I'm going to have to bite the bullet "so to speak" and go, can anyone recommend a dentist that will put me at ease and not charge the earth!?
