  Hi David Mifsud, Sea Bream is the English term for Pagru. Gilthead Sea Bream (or Gilthead Bream) is the English term for Awrata. You can check out the correct names in the following link: http://www.maltabookers.com/fishesofmalta.html Pagru (Sea Bream) is more expensive per kilo than Spnott (Sea Bass), but then again farmed Gilthead Bream -Awrata is cheaper than both yet again.
