  Go to http://www.atanet.org/ and scroll to English for the source langauge and Amharic for the target langauge where it says "Find a Translator or Interpreter" in the upper right. This will connect you to an individual translator, as opposed to a company like Transperfect, which is an agency and will charge you more.
