  I used PMSI in Bellevue ( www.pacificmsi.com ) and didn't have to pay up front, they billed my insurance. I did everything over the phone and by email and they shipped it to me for free. It was easy and painless.

  If u have state insurance, call this number 18005782260. They'll send u a breast pump in 2 days. I recieved a ameda pump for work. Call that number and have them fax ur child's doctors office. Youll need a prescription from ur child's doctor
